Free Shipping

All orders placed on www.firevex.com will be delivered free through standard shipping.

Shipment of Your Orders

Prepaid Orders

  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the same working day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.
  • Shipping is not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are shipped only after successful order verification.
  • Our customer care executive will call the buyer on the registered mobile number for order confirmation.
  • Verification calls are made between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
  • If the verification call is unanswered or the number is switched off/unreachable, the order will not be shipped.
  • Verification will be attempted for two consecutive days. If no response is received, the order will be cancelled.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number (AWB).

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on the shipping PIN code.
  • Delivery to remote locations may take up to 8 business days.
